When our client purchased her property, she loved the home & the neighborhood but was desperately in need of a makeover for the landscape. She dreamed of a modern pool design that would fit into her smaller lot & a contemporary landscape design that would match. We developed a pool & landscape design that captured her vision & delivered in stunning fashion!
Our pool design was a simple, yet beautiful linear pool. We created an expanded sundeck in the pool design so that our client could relax in a lounger & sunbathe while in the pool. We kept the shape of the pool design to a long rectangle so that we could fit our desired size of pool into the smaller space. Surrounding the pool perimeter, we used a naturally textured concrete coping.
For our landscape design, we opted for the water-friendly option of synthetic turf. Our synthetic turf provides a softened exterior perimeter to the pool footprint. With the use of synthetic turf, it also gave us the opportunity to add sleeves for stunning market umbrellas around the pool perimeter. Now our client can have the lush look of grass around of her pool without the maintenance headaches or water issues of natural turf.
In order to expand the living space outdoors, we added large, textured, colored-concrete pavers. Complementing the new concrete additions are a pair of beautiful, modern concrete pots. We filled each pot with a rich mixture of agaves & aloe varieties. The true eye-catcher of the new patio is a beautiful fire bowl! It is perfect for entertaining & staying warm on these cold winter evenings.
